Late or Missing Refunds

  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged.

How to Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Inform us about the defective or damaged item.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Place the item securely in its original packaging and include the proof of purchase.
  3. Shipping: We will provide a return shipping label for you to send the item back to us. Upon receipt and inspection, we will send you a replacement item.

Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
